1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Axis Business Suite ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Axis Business Suite provides AI-powered business automation including call management, lead tracking, CRM, HR management, recruiting, marketing automation, and related business tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Billing

Key billing terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Cancellations must be made before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate any laws including telemarketing regulations (TCPA, FCC rules)
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

6. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and all telemarketing regulations. You warrant that you have proper consent for all communications sent through the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Axis Business Suite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business operations.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. You retain ownership of your business data and grant us license to process it solely for providing the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIS BUSINESS SUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Business Suite from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal courts of the jurisdiction where Axis Business Suite maintains its principal place of business.
